How much notice do you need?
I can take bookings up to 18 months in advance. If your wedding is in the very near future it is still worthwhile asking!

What happens if you are sick on my wedding date?
Having worked as a bridal make-up artist for 3 years I am pleased to say I have never had to let anyone down to date. I do have artists that I can pass the booking on to in the unfortunate occasion that I suffer an accident or am deemed to be at death's door! A full briefing will be supplied to the artist to ensure that you are still happy with your make-up.

If my wedding is over a year away and I am not ready to have a trial yet, can I pay you a deposit to secure the date? And how long is it valid for?
A deposit of 50% of the estimated booking price will secure the date for up to 6 months prior to your wedding date. Hopefully by this time you will then be ready to book a trial. Please ask if you have any queries.

When do you do trials? I work very long hours and it's hard to get free time.
Trials are held at
Kavala Day Spa & Beauty Salon in Chelmsford and appointments can be held throughout the week or weekend. It is essential for the bride to have a trial and advisable for any other person requiring make-up to have a trial, if possible, however, it is not a problem if they are unable to do so.

When do you require payment?
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of your trial in order to confirm your booking. Deposits and balance payments are non-refundable unless 6 months notice is given. The remaining 50% must be paid on your wedding day, in cash. If your trial is held 6 weeks or less before your wedding, the full balance will be payable at the trial.
